This type of Mutual Fund invests in both equity shares of companies and debt taken by companies and government. It is a mix of Equity Mutual Fund and Debt Mutual Fund. There are different types of hybrid funds such as a Balanced Fund (investing 40% – 60% in equity and balance in debt) or an Aggressive Hybrid Fund (investing 65% – 80% in equity and balance in debt).
